Appointment Policies
We book all appointments by phone.  Call (941) 362-4194......no e-mail please.
We work by appointment, so please honor your reservation. 
We require a credit card or gift certificate to reserve an appointment. 
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for single services, and a 48 hour cancellation policy for multiple or corrective services, in order to avoid being charged. 
We ask late arrivals to be responsible for the full fee.


Spa Etiquette
We encourage you to arrive early so you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea.
We ask that children be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. 
We do not allow food or pets, as much as we love them both! 
We ask that cell phones be silenced and appreciate a quite demeanor. 
We suggest gratuities which reflect the quality of service.


Product Storage & Return Policy
We recommend products be stored in a cool, dark place. 
We are bound by our manufacturers' return policies, and when possible, offer exchanges or credits. 
We require returns to be made within 30 days, accompanied by a receipt, and do not offer cash back, or return of sale items. 
We require returned containers to be unopened, except for defective product.
We suggest that you sample before purchasing if you have allergies or sensitivities.
